Driving Packages
For those looking for an economical and flexible option, driving to Grass River Lodge is a breeze. Many guests enjoy the scenic journey through the Canadian wilderness, and for those flying into Winnipeg, renting a car to drive to the lodge is also a popular choice. Additionally, driving to the lodge gives you the freedom to start your adventure on your schedule.

Flying Packages
For a quicker and more convenient getaway, our flying packages include a charter flight from Winnipeg to Flin Flon. Once you arrive in Flin Flon, we’ll pick you up for the scenic one hour drive to Grass River Lodge. These packages are perfect for those with limited time who want to maximize their fishing adventure. Flying packages are available on set dates and include either 4-day or 6-day options.

■ CHANGEOVER DAY – Full day of fishing for departing guests, while arriving guests begin fishing the following day.
What’s Included in Your Package
All Grass River Lodge full-service, guided fishing packages include:
- Private accommodations in modern cabins
- Three delicious home-cooked meals per day, plus daily appetizers
- Professional local guide (one guide for every two anglers)
- Use of 18’ Alumarine fishing boats (including gas, nets, paddles, life jackets, etc.)
- Wireless internet
Please note: Taxes, licenses, incidentals, and gratuities are not included.
Important Policies
Payment Policy
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations at Grass River Lodge.
- Driving Package Deposit: $500 per guest
- Flying Package Deposit: $1,000 per guest
Final Payment:
Your remaining balance is due at the end of your stay with us, along with any applicable charges that may apply (i.e. taxes, groceries, etc.)
Accepted Payments:
We accept checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard. An additional 2% service fee applies to all credit card payments, except for the required deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Reservations can be transferred or sold to another party. It is your responsibility to obtain a replacement for cancelled group members.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment should unforeseen circumstances arise (i.e. commercial airline issues, natural disasters, medical emergencies, etc.).
